MAPS to host fifth annual fundraising breakfast

MARSHFIELD — Marshfield Area Pet Shelter (MAPS) will host its fifth annual Paws & Pancakes breakfast fundraiser on Sunday, Feb. 28, from 8-11:30 a.m. at Knights of Columbus Hall, 400 W. Upham St. in Marshfield. The all-you-care-to-eat buffet will feature scrambled eggs, ham, pancakes, sausage, hash browns, toast, cinnamon rolls, juice, milk, and coffee. There will also be raffle baskets and other fun opportunities to help local animals. Last year’s record-breaking breakfast served more than 900 guests and raised more than $9,000 to support MAPS’ mission.
Tickets are sold at the door and are $7.50 for adults, $4.50 for children ages 4-11, and children under 4 are free.
The event’s sponsors include Thrivent Financial, Seehafer Farm Creamery, Weber’s Farm Store, Nasonville Dairy, Foremost Farms USA, Lynn Dairy, and Bushman Dairy Distributing.
Marshfield Area Pet Shelter is a 501(c)3 nonprofit volunteer-based organization actively engaged in raising funds to build a humane shelter for the greater Marshfield area.
