Stratford Sign Company began 20 years ago, stationed inside of a garage. Today the business has more than 30 full-time employees. The company has expanded through the years and most recently purchased space to provide additional production, warehouse, and office space.
Being strong supporters of the Marshfield area is a way of life for this business, which has been a generous benefactor of the American Cancer Society, United Way, Marshfield Clinic, Columbus Catholic Schools, Hope Lodge, YMCA, Central Wisconsin State Fair, and Wildwood Park and Zoological Society.
“Achieving customer satisfaction by providing the highest quality products and services” is part of this company’s mission statement.
MACCI will also recognize Stratford Signs at a special breakfast event in May.
Firm of the Year: Marshfield Clinic
At the Jan. 27 event, MACCI also honored Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) as its Firm of the Year.
Because of the growing need in central Wisconsin, by the 1960s Marshfield Clinic had grown to employ hundreds of professionals and support staff. Throughout its time in Marshfield, MCHS has been regularly honored for its work at the state, national, and international levels.
Today more than 6,500 employees support the 50 locations throughout MCHS’ communities in central, northern, and western Wisconsin.
MCHS is active in supporting charitable organizations and causes throughout the state, significantly contributing to community efforts including the Wildwood Zoo, Marshfield Library, Marshfield School District, Transitional Shelter, St. Vincent de Paul Free Clinic, Marshfield YMCA, and Marshfield Area United Way.
MACCI will recognize MCHS at its Firm of the Year dinner in October.
