Mid-State students seeking donations of business attire
For Hub City Times
Do you have business attire in your closet that you no longer use? It now may have a second life by donating it to Mid-State Technical College students.
Students from Mid-State’s administrative office procedures class are seeking donations of gently used men’s and women’s business attire. Acceptable items include men’s and women’s business suits, dress pants, khakis, shirts, blouses, polo shirts, skirts, dresses, like-new dress shoes, and new dress socks. Students are also accepting donations of accessories such as jewelry, ties, purses, belts, coats, and jackets.
Clothing donations are given to Mid-State students to jump-start the job interview process and their new career. Collection boxes are located at each of Mid-State campuses in Marshfield, Stevens Point, and Wisconsin Rapids. Donations are accepted through April 14.
If you have questions about making a donation, contact Mid-State instructor Sharon Behrens at 715-422-5369.
