Marshfield baseball drops final regular-season game at Tomah
Tigers (12-13) host Merrill in playoff opener Tuesday

TOMAH — The Marshfield baseball team lost its regular-season finale, falling 2-1 to Tomah in a nonconference game Friday at Tomah High School.
The Tigers led 1-0 after Paul Maguire delivered an RBI single to score Trevor Schwecke in the sixth inning. Tomah rallied with a pair of runs in the bottom of the seventh to pull out the win.
Marshfield (12-13) will host Merrill in a WIAA Division 1 regional semifinal Tuesday at Jack Hackman Field beginning at 5 p.m.
