Plover tops Marshfield Chaparrals
Chaps drop second game in a row

MARSHFIELD — The Marshfield Chaparrals baseball team dropped its second-straight game, falling to the Plover Pterodactyls 10-4 in a Dairyland League contest Wednesday at Jack Hackman Field.
Plover smashed out 18 hits, including three each from Nate Fredrickson and John Jazz.
Marshfield (8-5, 5-3 Dairyland League) had two errors, leading to four unearned runs in the loss.
Aaron Schwecke and Justin Rayburn each had two hits for the Chaparrals, and Schwecke drove in two of Marshfield’s four runs.
Marshfield is back in action next Wednesday at Plover.
