Dons play at Spencer on Thursday

MARSHFIELD — Gilman scored 14 times in the second inning and went on to rough up Marshfield Columbus Catholic 24-1 in a Cloverbelt Conference East Division softball game Tuesday at the Marshfield Fairgrounds.
The game was shortened to three innings due to Gilman’s big lead.
Gilman only had one hit as Dons’ pitchers combined for 22 walks and four hit batters.
The Dons (1-4, 0-4 Cloverbelt East) plays at Spencer on Thursday.
