Bicycle Discount Program starts June 1
For Hub City Times
MARSHFIELD — Marshfield Clinic, Healthy Lifestyles-Marshfield Area Coalition, and local businesses have teamed up to offer the seventh annual Bicycle Discount Program. The program encourages Marshfield area residents to ride their bicycles by offering discounts and free items from local businesses. Participants who visit four or more businesses will also be eligible for a variety of prizes at the end of the program.
To receive the incentive, participants ride their bicycle to any participating business and show their helmet. A business representative will check off their location on the discount card, or the rider can scan a QR code at the register to check in electronically.
Discount cards can be picked up at any participating business, the Dairyfest Mayor’s Breakfast on June 2, or at Marshfield Clinic Center for Community Outreach, 1701 N. Fig Ave.
The Bicycle Discount Program begins June 1 and ends Aug. 31. For more details, including prize information, visit MarshfieldHealthyLifestyles.org, join the “Bicycle Discount Program – Marshfield, WI” group on Facebook, or contact Marshfield Clinic Center for Community Outreach at 715-221-8400 or [email protected].
