Marathon County Sheriff’s Office presenting ‘Drones and Law Enforcement’

SPENCER — Drones can have many uses, including acting as valuable tools for law enforcement. Learn how these high-flying gadgets are being used by the Marathon County Sheriff’s Office with a special presentation on June 22 from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at Marathon County Public Library – Spencer Branch, 105 S. Park St. in Spencer, “Drones and Law Enforcement.”
Sheriff’s office staff will show how their drone works during an outdoors demonstration and explain some of the ways this technology aids them in searching for missing persons and other situations.
