Auburndale volleyball sweeps Neillsville

Dillinger has five kills, five blocks in home win for Apaches

AUBURNDALE — The Auburndale volleyball team won a nonconference match over Neillsville on Thursday night, sweeping the Warriors 25-18, 25-22, 25-15.

Hannah Bolder and Lauren Dillinger each had five kills for the Apaches in a balanced attack in which seven players notched at least two kills.

Dillinger added five blocks, Mackenzie Raab had a team-high nine assists, and Maggie Willfahrt led the defense with 11 digs.

Alexis Soppe had six service aces, and Rachael Bolder added five as Auburndale smacked 22 aces in all.

Auburndale will compete at the Green Bay East Invitational on Saturday.
