Auburndale volleyball swept by Marathon

Apaches drop to 1-2 in Marawood South

AUBURNDALE — The Auburndale volleyball team dropped a home Marawood Conference South Division match to Marathon 3-0 on Tuesday.

Marathon won 25-18, 25-21, 25-17, sending the Apaches to a 1-2 record in conference play.

Hannah Bolder recorded eight kills, Mackenzie Raab had 13 digs and eight assists, and Rachael Bolder tallied eight assists and six digs in the loss for Auburndale.

Auburndale has a week off until it plays at Edgar on Sept. 26.
