Columbus Catholic volleyball drops Cloverbelt crossover to McDonell
Dons host Wild Rose in playoff opener Tuesday

CHIPPEWA FALLS — The Marshfield Columbus Catholic volleyball team wrapped up its regular-season schedule with a 3-1 loss to Chippewa Falls McDonell in the first-place game of the Cloverbelt Conference East-West Crossovers on Thursday night at McDonell High School.
The Macks won 25-14, 25-19, 25-27, 25-18.
Kate Turchi had 12 kills; Maren Seefluth added 11 kills and 14 digs; and Katie Hall had seven kills, 12 digs, and two service aces for Columbus.
Brooke Neider led the Dons with 33 assists, and Annie Baierl had 11 digs as well.
Columbus Catholic hosts Wild Rose in a WIAA Division 4 regional quarterfinal Tuesday at 7 p.m.
