Marshfield man charged following underage party

MARSHFIELD – Criminal charges have been requested against Herbert Andres, 53, after he reportedly hosted an underage drinking party at his residence in Marshfield on Dec. 31.
A 17-year-old female who attended the party stated that Andres was intoxicated and started becoming very “touchy,” grabbed her buttocks, and attempted to kiss her. While interviewed, Andres admitted to touching the buttocks of a 17-year-old female.
A felony charge has been requested through the Wood County District Attorney’s Office, due to Andres’ employment as a bus driver and was the bus driver for at least one of the attendees at his party. Andres was also charged with disorderly conduct. He is currently out on bond due to this incident and is not allowed to have contact with anyone under the age of 18 and or with any elementary, middle, and high school students.
