Roselene M. Hutter, 81, Spencer, died on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at Marshfield Medical Center.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 am on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at Christ the King Catholic Church, Spencer, with Rev. Samuel Martin officiating. Burial will take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery and serving as pallbearers will be Bryce Menacher, Rhys Schafer, Aaron Hardesty, Tom Kingston, David Collinson and Ron Hofmann. The visitation will be on Tuesday from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Rembs Funeral Home and from 9:30 am until service time on Wednesday at Christ the King Catholic Church. A rosary service will be held at 6:00 pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
Roselene was born on December 24, 1936 in Marshfield, the daughter of Wenzel and Rose (Willman) Hofmann. She was united in marriage to John W. Hutter on April 23, 1956 at St. John’s Catholic Church in Marshfield.
Roselene had been employed as a cashier at Picus IGA in Spencer for many years and later at Festival Foods in Marshfield, until her retirement. She enjoyed her flowers, watching and feeding the birds and especially loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, John and their daughters, Deb (Maurice) Hager, Diane Trachte, Dawn (Ralph) Schafer, and Denise (David) Collinson and a daughter-in-law, Lisa Hutter. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. She is further survived by 2 brothers, Robert (Maryjane) Hofmann and James Hofmann.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 sons, David, Dale and Timothy Hutter and a granddaughter, Elizabeth Tuggle.
