Annual Maple Fall Fest celebrating 26 years
For the Hub City Times
MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) is celebrating 26 years of enjoying “all things maple” during their annual Maple Fall Fest, Sept. 15 & 16, at Wildwood Park.
The Marshfield CVB uses the proceeds from the festival to support and market local tourism-related events, as well as providing grants for local organizations supporting tourism efforts in Marshfield.
This event will feature over 150 vendors with original artwork, handmade arts & crafts, and over a dozen food vendors. Their traditional Pancake and Potato Pancake Breakfast will be served from 7 a.m. -1 p.m. each day.
Kick off the weekend with Main Street Marshfield’s Fall Street Dance Friday night. Country Line Dance lessons will be held at 2 p.m. on Sept. 15 and a zoo tour will be held Sept. 16 at 3 p.m. The, always popular, Maple Dessert and Maple Syrup contest will be held Saturday. To help celebrate the anniversary, Mad Dog and Merrill Grillin’ Buddies will appear both days at 1 p.m.
