With minutes to go, Stratford was down 34-32. A foul on Stratford’s Callie Lehman put the Tigers in reach of a tie, which didn’t come at first, but Stratford soon pulled ahead, beating Newman 40-35.

The win puts Stratford 3-1 in the Marawood South.
