NEILLSVILLE – A Curtiss man was arrested on his ninth offense of driving while intoxicated (OWI).
On Dec. 30, Clark County deputies pulled over a vehicle for expired registration near Owen. Officers then discovered the driver, identified as Terry Dumler, 51, had a .02 blood alcohol content restriction.
