Sex offender released

NEILLSVILLE — The Clark County Sheriff’s Office is releasing the following information pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 301.46(2m) which authorizes law enforcement agencies to inform the public of a sex offender’s release.
Randy P. Scott will be released on April 30 and will be residing at N1340 Miller Avenue, Neillsville.
Randy P. Scott had previously served his sentence for child enticement and possession of child pornography. Scott’s targeted victims are minor females. Scott had online conversations with someone he believed to be a 14-year old-female. He arranged to meet for the purpose of having sexual intercourse. He was also in possession of child pornography with images of female victim’s ages ranged from 2-13 years of age. In addition, his phone history revealed a search of how to kidnap someone as well as offering someone $50 to find him a 13-year-old female to have sexual intercourse.
Scott will be supervised by agents specializing in intensive supervision. He is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no taverns/bars/liquor store visits, and no alcohol or drugs. He is to comply with the standard sex offender rules, cooperate with electronic monitoring, and is required face-to-face contact with law enforcement. In addition, he must comply with all requirements and will be a life time registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry. For more information, contact Captain Kerry Kirn at 715-743-5358
