Zoological Society of Wildwood Zoo announces Wild Wednesday educational programming
MARSHFIELD — The Zoological Society of the Wildwood Zoo in Marshfield recently announced its summer Wild Wednesday educational programs for 2015. Each Wednesday will feature a different animal presenter with programs at both 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. Programs last approximately 45 minutes and are held at the Wildwood Station, 1800 S. Roddis Ave. These free programs are made possible by donations from many community sponsors.
—June 17: UWSP Herpetology Society – Reptiles & Amphibians.
—June 24: Wildwood Wildlife Park (Minocqua) – Mammals.
—July 8: Minnesota Zoomobile – Variety of Zoo Animals.
—July 15: Zoozort – Around the World.
—July 22: Raptor Education Group – Birds of Prey.
—July 29: Insect Ambassadors – UW-Madison.
—Aug. 5: Wild About Llamas.
—Aug. 12: Rabbits and Sheep and Chickens, Oh My!
