Trespassing reported at 14th Street property

The man is still the listed owner, and the bank has not gone through the proper foreclosing process through the county, so neither the bank nor the company the bank hired for cleanup has any right to be on the property.
The man said the company conducting the cleanup had broken the locks on the doors to the property and replaced them with new ones. He then broke those locks off to replace them with his own so he could have access to the property and clean it before putting it up for sale again.
The man wished that police contact and inform the cleanup company that it does not have legal rights to be on the property. Contact will be made in the near future. The man believed that the bank never informed the cleaning company of the situation.
