MARSHFIELD — The University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County will host fall Preview Days for prospective students and their families on Nov. 1 from 6-8 p.m. and on Nov. 3 from 1-3 p.m. in Room 131. These events are free and open to the public.
Campus previews will feature information on admissions, degrees, and the financial aid process. Attendees will also have the chance to tour the campus and hear from current students, faculty, and staff.
“We have a beautiful campus with dedicated faculty and staff, and Preview Day offers anyone who wants to continue their education the chance to see what their local University of Wisconsin campus can offer,” said Keith Montgomery, regional executive officer and dean for UW Colleges.
Participants will be able to view labs and classrooms; athletic facilities; student common spaces; and music, theater, and arts areas. Advisors will be available to discuss campus life, housing options, and academic planning, including UW-Marshfield/Wood County’s associate degrees, the Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree, and the Guaranteed Transfer Program with every four-year UW campus.
Attendees are encouraged to register prior to the event. Visit uwc.edu/campus-preview or call 888-INFO-UWC for additional dates, details, and to RSVP.
