MARSHFIELD – Marshfield families now have access to a new kind of pediatric care through ReVision Wellness Pediatrics, a local practice that describes its mission as “nurturing the physical, emotional and mental well-being of every child.”
“This isn’t just healthcare. It’s a healthcare reset — built around your life, not the other way around,” ReVision’s website states.
The practice focuses on what it calls “whole family support” with flexible scheduling and “no insurance hassle.”
ReVision Wellness Pediatrics was founded by Dr. Amy Falk, a board-certified pediatrician and Wisconsin native who said she wanted to “create a clinic that’s more direct, more personal and less burdened by insurance bureaucracy.”
Falk earned her bachelor of science degree from the UW-La Crosse, where she studied biomedical sciences, pre-medicine and Spanish.
She went on to complete medical school at the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in 2013 and has practiced full-spectrum pediatrics for nearly a decade in Wisconsin Rapids.
“I founded ReVision Wellness to offer a more personal and practical approach to pediatric care — one that gives families time, clarity, and a trusted guide,” Falk added.
ReVision operates under a direct care model that eliminates traditional insurance billing to allow for “longer, unhurried appointments.”
The website states that this approach “frees us from the busywork and allows more time to truly listen and understand each patient.”
The practice offers “same-day and next-day appointments,” on-site prescription delivery and flexible scheduling — features designed to reduce wait times and stress for families.
ReVision describes its care philosophy as “relationship-based healthcare,” focusing on communication and trust.
“Care begins with listening,” Falk said. “When families feel heard, everything else — the trust, the outcomes, the connection — naturally follows.”
The practice provides “whole family care — everything from ear infections and check-ups to behavioral health and chronic conditions.”
When appropriate, ReVision also includes “holistic and preventive approaches such as nutrition, mindfulness and lifestyle support.”
As the ReVision website summarizes, “Families deserve better than rushed visits, long waits and confusing bills.”
By focusing on time, transparency and trust, Falk and her team aim to provide Marshfield families with “a new model of pediatric care — simple, accessible, and personal.”
