On Monday, March 3 students and their families were invited to our annual Family Night. This year the elementary students participated in Camp Learn-A-Lot by engaging in fun activities and games. Camping Bingo, reading by flashlight, fishing for sight words, and Lego challenges were some of the activities that everyone enjoyed. The middle school students joined with their families on Escape to Adventure by working through Escape Room games to earn gift cards! They went on an adventure in the library trying to find answers to their riddles and puzzles. We had over 100 participants for the night, and Mrs. Odeen’s high school classes prepared take home picnics for all the families who attended. We had some amazing high school students volunteer to help with our activities, and Mrs. Heiting did an incredible job organizing the escape games. Everyone was able to take books and games home to practice their skill and to have fun family activities to do together. We look forward to seeing our students and families grow in their love for reading and math!
